Specifications

The 3.5 GHz and 10.5 GHz specifications covers equipment operating in a specific 28 MHz band in both the upstream and the downstream directions. Equipment within the same band can also be supplied.

The equipment is compatible with the DOCSIS specification which can be found on the Cable Labs web site at cablelabs.com.

(CableLabs®) is a non-profit research and development consortium that is dedicated to pursuing new cable telecommunications technologies and to helping its cable operator members integrate those technical advancements into their business objectives.

 

Link Budgets

The link budgets for the standard 3.5 GHz and 10.5 GHz equipment assume an availablity of 99.99% in a north west European environment.

If you require, we will be pleased to provide similar budgets for other conditions. Similarly we will be pleased to provide budgets for different antennas or non standard options.
